LoRaWAN Frequency Bands and Regulations in Korea (KR)
This page describes the LoRaWAN frequency bands and channels used in Korea (KR region). It also details the data rates and transmit power (EIRP) for LoRaWAN devices in this region. LoRaWAN frequency bands, channels, EIRP, and data rate requirements are specific to different parts of the world. Let’s take a look at the specifics for Korea.
What LoRaWAN Frequency Bands are Used in Korea?
The KR920-923 ISM Band is used in Korea for LoRaWAN systems.
The first three channel frequencies are 922.1 MHz, 922.3 MHz, and 922.5 MHz.
The table above also outlines the modulation, bandwidth (125 KHz), channels, bit rate, and duty cycle.
LoRaWAN Data Rates in Korea
The following table shows the bit rates (data rates) for LoRaWAN end devices in Korea.
LoRaWAN Transmit (Tx Power) and EIRP in Korea
The table below details the transmit power and EIRP for the LoRaWAN Korea region.
The maximum EIRP is considered to be +14dBm.
