LoRaWAN Data Rate and EIRP Tx Power in India
Advertisement
This article explains the LoRaWAN Data Rate and EIRP Transmit (Tx) Power used in INDIA for different LoRaWAN frequency channels (or RF Bands). A LoRaWAN network consists of end devices, gateways, network servers, join servers, and application servers, all interconnected.
The LoRa Alliance publishes the specifications for the LoRaWAN system and actively manages and maintains these specifications.
What LoRaWAN Frequency is Used in INDIA?
The table above outlines the LoRaWAN parameters used in INDIA. It utilizes LoRa modulation with a bandwidth of 125 KHz and operates on frequency channels of 865.0625 MHz, 865.4025 MHz, and 865.985 MHz. The bit rates range from 0.3 to 5 Kbps across these three channels.
LoRaWAN Data Rates
The following table details the different data rates used in LoRaWAN.
LoRaWAN EIRP or Transmit Power
The table below specifies the EIRP (Effective Isotropic Radiated Power), i.e., Tx Power used in LoRaWAN.
