RFaxis to Showcase 802.11ac RF Front-End ICs
RFaxis will be demonstrating their CMOS-based 802.11ac RF Front-end IC products at the Broadband World Forum in Amsterdam, scheduled for October 22nd to 24th, 2013.
RFaxis has recently begun sampling its 5GHz 802.11ac RF Front-end IC (RFX5010) to customers and reference design partners.
802.11ac RF Front-End IC Features
- The RFaxis product family supports IEEE 802.11b/g/a/n/ac for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.
- The RFX5010 11ac mode offers 30 dB gain / 15dBm output power at the antenna end with -35dB EVM (for modulation MCS9 (256-QAM) and 80MHz BW).
RFaxis is also planning to launch a high-power 802.11ac RFeIC, pin-compatible with the RFX5010 and RFX5000. This new product will be targeted for use in 802.11ac Access Points (APs), routers, and outdoor hot-spots.
